I don't know why Authorize.net calls it "Advanced Integration Method". It is far simpler and less complicated than the SIM method that they steer you to. Authorize.net does not seem to provide a simple sample script for AIM - when you look on Google you don't find any free sample scripts either, and the ones you do find on message boards are woefully incomplete and don't work.

There are several commercial packages for $100 or more written in ASP. If you have been searching you have seen them.
